However, actual product color and finish may vary depending on screen settings and viewing conditions. Minor differences in glass texture, metal finish, rattan weave, linen shade tone, LED appearance, or size tolerance may occur during normal manufacturing and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Customers are responsible for confirming wall box compatibility, vanity width, mounting spacing, voltage requirements, damp or wet location ratings, bulb requirements, and local electrical code requirements before purchase and installation.
Electrical installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local codes. Improper installation, incorrect wiring, incompatible bulbs, overloaded circuits, outdoor use of indoor-only fixtures, or use in unsuitable moisture conditions may create safety hazards and may void return eligibility.
We are not liable for injury, property damage, or electrical issues caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, or failure to follow instructions and local regulations.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, fraud review, and shipping eligibility. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders due to inventory shortages, payment issues, pricing errors, fraud concerns, shipping restrictions, or incorrect customer information.
If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability change without notice. Standard shipping within the United States is free. 8. Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping within the United States is free. Delivery timelines are stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines extend only when caused by carrier delays, weather disruptions, holiday shipping volume, regional transportation issues, inventory verification, or incorrect address information.
Vanity light sets, paired wall sconces, and mixed orders ship in multiple packages when required for safe transit and arrive separately. Lighting products are fragile; customers must inspect packages carefully upon delivery.
9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refund Policy, including our 30-day postage-paid return terms for eligible orders. Products must be returned according to return authorization instructions. Installed, hardwired, modified, incomplete, or non-resalable lighting fixtures are refused or partially refunded unless the issue is verified as our error, shipping damage, or a product defect.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for measuring vanity width and mounting spacing, confirming electrical compatibility, reviewing finish and material details, inspecting orders before installation, keeping packaging until the order is inspected, hiring qualified installation help when needed, and contacting us promptly if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product descriptions, images, graphics, brand assets, website design, product specifications, and page layout, is owned by or licensed to trueseedsupply and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
